The continuously boiling of the dried leaves will dissolve it so completely; you will not need to crush it further. When it is completely dissolved, you can now let it cool for a while and drink it for an extended time of 45 minutes. While doing so, you will still need to stir it to keep the solution from settling onto the brim of the glass. The effect of this will be felt between 4 to 7 minutes and to last long depending on the amount ingested.

Growing Kratom is highly dependent on the soil’s richness and the climate of a place. In places where the prevailing temperatures are just like of the South East Asia, it is assumed that its tree is to bloom completely. A well grown Kratom tree is to stand high from 40 to 100 feet tall. For some Kratom growers in those areas where the herbal medicine is not indigenous to them, they use seeds in growing Kratom. That way, they are able to grow them like a normal plant or tree. With the right planting structure and knowledge, Kratom will also grow to its size and provide as much leaves for the trade. Just make sure that if you are to buy a seed, they must come from a reputed seller or provider. This is because there are a growing number of scrupulous sellers that offers fake Kratom seeds at lower prices. Another way is by cutting and cloning. These growing processes though, can fail is not given proper attention. Although it is not discouraged but it is always best to come up with a tested way of growing Kratom.
